Body Training, or Sports is Essential Part of Personal Development

Chinese wisdom describes a man as a triangle of spirit, soul, and body. Each of the components is important in a man, and each should be developed. Human being is a balance of these three angles. It is impossible to develop spirit without developing a body. That is why it is important to have physical training, like hatha yoga, martial arts, or any kind of active sports. Man training in sports is not only trains his body, but also trains his willpower. Stong spirit can enter only healthy, strong and flexible body. Sports, or physical training is not only body training, it is also brain stimulation, because body is operated by mind. If body is not active for a long time, then corresponding brain section is purely developed.
